Product Description

Air Weigh Compact Luggage Scale weighs up to 75 pounds and helps for prepping of the bags for travel. In today's age of luggage fees, everyone needs to travel with a luggage scale.

This one is not tiny, but reasonably small and comfortable to lift with, and extremely light. The buttons are confusing at first, but read the instructions, as the features (ie locking on the max weight) are handy.

We had two 50.0 pound bags coming back from our last trip - the rest in backpacks. Money or pain of opening your suitcase at the airport avoided.

I compare this scale with my bathroom scale, and I'm happy to say that it's accurate. I will be keeping this in one of my luggages from now on to avoid last-minute scrambling to re-arrange my luggage at the airport.

I was preparing for an international trip and didn't want the hassle of overweight bags at the checkin counter so I bought this. I weighed 5 bags with it, all under 30 pounds and on the 6th it snapped a screw. It wasn't being handled rough, just used as it was designed to be and not near its max either. I don't know if it was a lemon but it soured my experience, I won't use this company again (the one that made the product)

Received the scale a week ago, and so far it works just fine. I've noticed one of the biggest complaints people have about scales is lack of consistency, but my husband and I have found this scale to be perfectly consistent, as well as consistent with the scale in my MD's office.

I bought this scale for my track team at practice. At meets, Pole Vaulters have the weigh in and make a certain weight in order to be "legal". We also have to weigh in our implements (Shot puts, Discus'). I bought this specifically because it has lbs and kg (different implements are weighed differently). And most importantly because it goes to .1lbs... not .2 lbs like most scales.

Pros:
This scale is very accurate for people. It is consitent and looks nice. Would make a great bathroom scale and you can't beat the price.

Cons:
It does not register anything under 20lbs. This makes this scale pretty usless to me since i really need to weigh in implements at a track meet. However, I am rating this product, not my personal issues with it. I give it 4 stars because it does its job very well, I deducted a star because there was no way of knowing it wouldn't register sub-20lb objects. I owned the Royal ex400w postal scale for less than 6 months when it dawned on me that the displayed weights didn't seem to add up. So I tested the scale by weighing the same packages repeatedly and found the displayed values varied by a half pound and more for the same items, regardless of whether the packages were a few pounds or closer to 50. I went back to the instructions to make sure I wasn't missing anything in the setup - sure enough I was following the right process, had the scale on a hard, level surface, and so on. It frustrates me to think I've been overpaying for my prepaid UPS shipments for all of these months because of this low-quality product.

I ship a lot of items on ebay, and bought this to save myself a trip to the Post Office. This is awesome! It is very accurate, so I can calculate my own postage online and ship items directly from my home. The battery lasts a long time, and it only takes a 9 volt. I have also used this to weigh myself, and it is works for that too. For my purposes, it is great and I highly recommend it to anyone who ships things regularly and wants a heavy duty shipping scale.
